# 3.3 Smart Governance

Hall: S-DAO When Smart Network is launched, S-DAO will be launched simultaneously, which basically completes the overall structure for Smart Finance to be a global top blockchain union.

The GFP protocol supports SMART holders to spontaneously form the S-DAO for Smart Finance community governance. The S-DAO implements a democratic system of 1 vote/1 SMART to decide on the following issues: 

① the function setting of S-swap, GameList, Smart NFT, SLaunch, and other sections; 

② whether to launch GameList's games or not; 

③ the releasing of the Smart game NFTs;

④ the launch of the game IGO on SLaunch; 

⑤ modification and improvement of SMART tokenomics; 

⑥ strategic planning of Smart Finance;

⑦ modifications and improvements of rules.
